hmmm, the article reads like a long advertisement of the service. Certainly if it works well, I think it’s a great idea. Children will always adapt better to someone who already knows at least some English, and screening and monitoring should ensure fair work standards for the nanny. It better be VERY strictly controlled though, I can see where shipment of girls in their early twenties into the US could be very tempting for certain, shall we say, elements of society.
I have approximately zero understanding of finance, but somehow $22,000 for a live-in nanny seems very cheap.
