		<description>Are we supposed to be surprised that professionals with one hand tied behind their back can still get better results than amateurs?  

What the study ought to have done is compared apples to apples: whether pros who can use torture as one of their tools can accomplish more than pros who don&#039;t have that option.

And Chris, since you seem so aghast at us emulating the Soviet Union, when are you renouncing all of your Sovietish economic prescriptions?  Or is borrowing techniques from the Soviet Union only bad if what we are borrowing is something you don&#039;t like?</description>
