This is the film that has been marketed with the help of the Bush administration (which let it be known they are investigating his unauthorized trip to Cuba and have surely helped increase interest in the film). An AP video posted on You Tube:

I’m not sure what to think about the upcoming “Sicko”…I guess I’ll just have to wait and check it out for myself before making a judgement. Hmm, a novel idea!
However, I did find this interview with Michael Moore at Cannes rather, I’ll just say interesting:
I can only guess the Fox guy was lauding his decision to switch to “interview format” instead of “accosting format”.
As is always the case, MM will present his movie and then there will be a rash of debunking……evidenced by this Canadian article…..
After the Soviet Union stopped sending Cuba US$5-billion in annual funding to prop up its economy, the health care system, like most social services, fell on difficult times. In common with other buildings on the Communist island, hospitals are falling apart, surgeons lack basic supplies and must re-use latex gloves. Patients must buy their own sutures on the black market and provide bedsheets and food for extended hospital stays. The situation is so bad that a Canadian pro-Castro group urges tourists in a recent issue of its monthly newsletter to take “a suitcase full of medical supplies to drop off at a local clinic or hospital with a letter about humanitarian aid.”

I don’t get how people scrutinize his movies for details, accurate and not.
The guy is a comedian.
It’s his style to be over the top.
His movies are not the same as reading an analysis in a position paper.
Anyway, it’s bad for Moore when people take the details seriously. It goes to his head.
