The only reason the current situation is bad is because the government(both Democratic and Republican administrations) has absolutely refused to enforce the current laws. 

there is no reason to believe that the government will enforce any law in the future. 

I assume the effort will be put into making the 12 million illegal immigrants into future Democratic voters and trying to control the border and limiting future illegal immigrants will continued to be ignored. 

this is a massive screwing over of native born U.S. blue collar and poor Americans.  Look at the NY Times article about how whites in states like California area fleeing the massive numbers of illegal immigrants.  This just speeds up the process.</description>
