I live near Selfridge ANG and spent weeks at Anniston Army Depot, if your not expected you don't get past the front gate. After all, the 9-11 hijackers had at least one such nimrod among them. As the V-Tech killings revealed (or the 9-11 investigation for that matter), the key thing mass murderers need is for all the breaks to all go their way. Then absurd stumblebum idiots become transformed into iconic figures of evil, with people largely forgetting how improvised their attack plans invariably are (anyone recall the bizarre "shoe bombing" strategy - Richard Reid was a loon who was repeatedly refused access to his flight in Paris because he acted so crazy - but if the breaks had gone ALL his way, he might have become an iconic martyr a la Mohammed Atta).
