Is this going to be worse than 1992 with the Democratic “Seven Dwarfs”? (As late as just before the election, Mario Cuomo could have been the leader among the Demmies).

It could be interesting, not just this,

“How would you govern the country differently than George W. Bush?”

but also if someone were asked this:

“What do you have to say about the apparent change of position by the Bush administration, now that Secretary of State Rice has met with a Syrian official and is ready to talk to Iran?”

I’m sure Chris Matthews has locked into this conundrum as well and will be looking to test it.

But, since the Dems are running against George Bush as well, handling this issue will be a key test of a candidate’s campaigning competency later on as well………might as well get to it sooner rather than later.
