On television tonight, I thought I was seeing things…
the headline under Karl Rove’s photo on a newstory about Rove scrutiny deepening, read in large letters:
Karl Rove, TurdBlossom
The next screen said “Blossoming Investigation.”

So what? It’s GWB’s personal pet name for Karl Rove, does that make it off limits? LOL
You beat me to it Pyst. It makes you wonder what they talk about after dinner when they go out on the veranda and pass electricity.
I guess between the OSP probe and the Sheryl Crowe blow-up, Turdblossom is having a bad hair week. Hopefully, he hasn’t thrown out Mark Corallo’s number-never know when that could come in handy.
I’ve often wondered what a turdblossom looked like. So I planted a turd seed in the yard. Never did blossom. Maybe I should have germinated it first.
You guys are all funny. I was just a little surprised that what seems like a “regular news’ station would put the moniker up on the screen. It disappeared fast. But, it is Keith’s show and he does have a sense of humor… and he did have a sub in, a lady… I had the impression that someone in production did it as a joke or on a dare?
Its just a liberal media conspiracy hell bent on overthrowing the redneck king by making a laughing stock out of his court jester.
There are often (usually) snarky tag lines during stories on Countdown. It seems like Alison Stewart (sp?) is Olbermann’s vacation anchor because she shares his sense of humor.
Which one is the jester?
Maybe it’s more like ventriloquist & dummy???
Or since you’re not supposed to “touch” Rove, perhaps he’s queen???
If ‘turdblossom’ wasn’t such a long word, it would be the perfect name for a puppy. But I don’t fancy yelling ‘here, turd’ in public areas.
It is amazing, but in last night’s GOP presidential debate, Sen. Sam Brownback (R-KS), former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and Colorado Rep. Tom Tancredo raised their clubs when moderator Chris Matthews asked who did not believe in evolution.
In my view, this means they are backward and ineligible to hold office in a modern country. America, if you want to go back to the Stone Age and lose our position in the world (or what is left of it after Bush) then please vote for these intellectual barbarians.
