Bottom line, Edwards didn’t know it would cost that much, paid for the guy’s travel as well as his services, the guy billed the campaign and the campaign paid for it, Edwards is reimbursing the campaign and admitted it was a mistake — and fixed it.
Kinda refreshing actually — a politician admitting and fixing mistakes. When was the last time you heard “I was wrong” from a politician?
