The AG lied to Congress about the firings and there was a lot of lying about WH involvement. Almost all of the related emails from the WH have disappeared. If the Justice Dept is headed by a partisan hack who takes direction from another partisan hack at the WH (Karl Rove) how can we ever expect our justice system to be fair and impartial? Would you not be complaining if Clinton had used Janet Reno to try to change the results of elections by indicting Republicans right before or investigating voter suppression aggressively in close races? You know you'd be screaming, and rightfully so. I'm a political being, but I don't want the next Democratic administration to prosecute only Republicans - that hurts the foundation of our democracy. That is why it is not a nonissue- but good Talking Point. That’s because many believe it is important, DLS.
