OW Has The Stuff
If you aren’t regularly reading Obsidian Wings, you need to start. Easily one of the top moderate blogs out there (and with far and away the best slogan: “This is the Voice of Moderation. I wouldn’t go so far as to say we’ve actually SEIZED the radio station . . .”), they have an excellent array of contributors, all with a unique voice and perspective, and deserve your patronage.

I do read it. Actually I click on if for anything the kitty in the window with a shotgun always gives me a chuckle and reminds me of my cats and that they would do something like that.
[trip to the Indiana market]- Childishly inaccurate, but the point was made.
[Limbaugh and Cheney on]- Macabre! Why is it that I feel that there is absolutely nobody in America suffering any guilt over the tens of thousands of dead Iraqi civilians?
[story of Mbaye Diagne]- A very wonderful and encouraging story. The unarmed hero in the middle of a death frenzy. Hero of heros. I have read every medal of honor citation published, and, none come close this. Gives one hope for humanity.

The comments by Cheney on Limbaugh comparing the Democrats to Stalin resonates with what Cheney’s supporters already believe-they are convinced that Democrats are Godless Commies who want to bring down our system of government so that marxism will reign supreme. It seems over the top to us, but not to the mindless base that still loves Cheney!
