Iran seizes hostages, raises price of oil and makes billions doing so, rallies wavering domestic support, then, when theyve squeezed as much gain as they can, they release them as a “gift”, having pocketed the propaganda gain, this is diplomacy working? Is that what diplomacy has to offer wrt Iranian nukes, Syria, etc?
