<strong>
If Hillary is not the presidential candidate for 2008, neither Obama or Edwards will put her on their ticket since she would take away their spotlight. And of course, there is the OLD Bill factor, draining away the media buzz from any other presidential nominee if Hillary is the VP.

On the other hand, if she is the chosen one, all of the other guys will be begging to sit at her feet as the VP choice.

The path to the 2008 White House will be very interesting to watch.
With over 20 politicans running, we need to see some winnowing out soon or the stage for debates before January 2008 will be too crowded.

It was said:

> If Democrats Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama ever
> took a break from fundraising to bone up on psychology,
> they might realize the need to talk up . . . John Edwards.

I don't see the need based on what else was said. The most pragmatic reason to involve Edwards is not even necessarily to have him be VP for one versus the other leading candidate, but to get an endorsement from him later once Edwards gives up his Presidential campaign.
