"YES. I WILL run cartoons with lots of differing views."

Why did you get the impression I didn't want you to "run" that cartoon? It isn't the fact that you ran it, but the fact that you seem to sympathize with it's message (by your silence and hence apparent tacit approval) that I found troubling.

I don't like censorship either, because when I see the hatred in the eyes of my enemy I can unmistakably KNOW he's my enemy, and he won't be able to fool me into trusting him.

My comment wasn't an attempt to suppress that cartoon, but was an attempt at providing a counterweight to it's lies. I was just addressing what I perceived as indifference to the message of hate that's just oozing out of that Paresh Nath dung heap. If you won't provide a dumpster for that garbage, someone has to take out the trash.

Being "moderate" doesn't mean being all things to all people. It means being able to find common ground between valid extremes. It is not "moderate" to pass off falsehood as being a legitimate form of expression.

Print whatever you want. But if I disagree with what I think your interpretation (or lack thereof) is, then I appreciate your equal tolerance of my dissension, especially when I can back up what I say with facts from legitimate references. If we each provide information the other previously didn't have, it will better help us make future decisions.

And sorry it took so long to get back to you, but I've been away for Pesach, where, seated at the Seder table next to me there was an elderly Hungarian who is one of the survivors of Oddmashuggajob's "non-existent" Holocaust. How do I know? She had some bluish/green numbers tatooed on her arm, and Observant Jews do NOT tatoo themselves, nor do we willingly allow it done to us. If even before seeing her, then how much more so now that I have, can I tolerate lies being told about her or sympathize with those who's hate makes them want to destroy her AND us?

Yonason. I guess you're new to this site. YES. I WILL run cartoons with lots of differing views. In case you haven't noticed, when I do a story I will also run a long roundup quoting people of views that may not reflect my own. If this means I'm not "moderate" because I dare to run any ideas that don't totally reflect my own, then I guess I must plead guilty. If you read this site you'll also notice we have a huge number of cobloggers, some of whom don't post all that much. But if you read the site you'll see we don't even agree with each other. And, again, if this means it is not a "moderate" site because I don't play
intellectual dictator and only run quotations, facts, guest posts or coblog posts by people who agree 100 percent with views, then I guess I have to plead guilty. The problem is: I have this idea that not everyone may agree with me and there may be different perspectives out there. And if we look at a fact or opinion that differs from us from time to time it truly doesn't cause brain cancer. I WILL continue to run Cagle cartoons. There are some I don't run on the left and right because I feel they're too inflammatory but these cartoons are all done by independent cartoonists who have their perspectives and we don't pay them any money to customize their views for this site. We just run the various perspectives.

So, am I supposed to feel guilty for "pulling the rug out" from under those poor "victims?" Am I supposed to think America made a mistake for abandoning these "victims" to the clutches of our enemies?

Please!

They love Bin Ladin.

"Hebron Arabs face death penalty for selling building to Jews"

This is a short list of their striving after peace.

Here's a little history lesson for those who think there ever was such a people as "Palestinians."

They are liars, thieves, and muderers. But for some reason the Left loves them.

Are we being told that we are in danger of loosing the minds and hearts of this soul-dead non-people? Is that the silly message of that cartoon?

And if the answer is "yes," than that raises another question, "How is it that a 'moderate' website seeks to foster sympathy for their ilk?"

Think about it!
