		<description>I saw Don Rickles show (sans the high priced extras) at Harrahs Tahoe in the late 70s and it was great.

Rickles never seemed funny on TV, probably because his &#039;cleaned up&#039; act made him appear annoying instead of funny but he was hilarious in person. 

Live, when he could be a little more nasty, he was great and, believe it or not, he came across &#039;a nice guy&#039;.</description>
