In fact, everything they do breeds new opponenets … for them. Even Anbar tribesmen are hunting them down in earnest now. Eventually, they will be submerged as their foes multiply even if we just hang out. So, in the face of this we are to conclude that the rational response is to give up and cede the field to them? The “them” being the same people we went into Afghanistan, the supposed (by everyone save MoveOn.org, George Soros, Jimmy Carter and Michael Moore) ”good” war, to kill? Weren’t we going to find and kill these people anywhere we could, any time we could find them? The Bush Administeration’s much-maligned “kill-box” seems to be working well enough to force them to focus on killing Muslim civilians, no?
