I do so reluctantly, because I&#039;m not sure where I stand.

I recongnize how real the threat of terrorism is around the world, not just he EU. At the same time, I recognize the threat of Big Brother stomping all over civil liberties.

I suspect that the solution has more to do with how any policy is executed rather than specific laws.  In the wake of revelations about how the Patriot Act has been misused, I don&#039;t trust authorities to stay within acceptable limits.  
On the other hand, I can&#039;t deny that a coordinated tracking system of suspects would be an effective tool.

There has to be found some middle ground, I guess, like in all things.</description>
