I think your argument is with Amanda Barnes, not with me. She is the one who was praising Hillary for having the courage to bash the right wingers. I simply responded to her sentiment (though yes, I do happen to think that Hillary engages in below the belt attacks, but she’s good at doing it through intermediaries).

Oh please, I don’t need to read another fawning account of obama’s supposed virtues. What makes allahpundit believe obama is above the fray? He’s like any other politician, but he has people hoodwinked into believing he’s different somehow.

Reading about all the conspirational activities in the WH, like those exposed by the Libby trial and the current Gonzales flap, I fail to see what is so ridiculous about referring to conspiracies.

This presidency has been as much, if not more, about expanding the power of conservatism and the Republican Party than about leading the entire nation for the greater good of all.
Yeah, the nation includes those pesky Democrats and Progressives and Independents.

I never listened much to Hillary before, but she is beginning to make a lot of sense.

She is the ONLY Democratic candidate with the courage to bash the rightwing and sheâ€™s been doing it for a very long time.

Yeah, good for Hillary ’cause we all know that what American politics needs most right now is more bashing!

Does anyone really doubt that Hillary can give as good as she gets, and thus her complaints about being ‘attacked’ are rather like the kid in school who baits his/her classmates but then tattles to the teacher when one of them lashes out at him/her?

Hillary is right. She would also be right if she said there were vast compiracies of every stripe. There are individuals out to get the dirt on politicians they want to destroy. When they band together and rent an office, they are called political strategists.
