		<description>I agree with the notion that the Dems have to take care not to overplay their hand.  If they  go too far and fail to achieve anything, it would result in nothing but more rancor.  

Since Libby will appeal, the WH will probably just claim it&#039;s an ongoing case and refuse to cooperate in any way.  Considering that they have Gonzales to shield them, they can just stay behind some high barricades.  

It&#039;s quite possible I&#039;m completely wrong, but I don&#039;t see what new information Congress could drag out of a stonewalling administration. Without anything new, what can they do beyond the symbolic?</description>
