A recent Speak to Power submission I made to The Politico (even with a typo that says &quot;strubble&quot; instead of &quot;struggle&quot;) makes the exact same point re: HRC. 		<description>Good news, but I really can&#039;t wait for the day when this isn&#039;t news at all. Y&#039;know, the day when Ms. Jane Doe was named president of Harvard, and saying she was female will be about as remarkable as saying she&#039;s right-handed. I apreciate why these things are important now, but the fact that this is news also serves to show how far we have to come along. In biology labs across Spain the rank and file scientists are easily 70% female now, but bosses are overwhelmingly male. Some of that has to do with the fact that these guys come from a time less women were in science, but the contrast is startling.</description>
