When I went to renew my driver's license the other day, I was able to start an exploratory committee for the '08 Democratic nomination right at the motor vehicles office. Apparently, this is a new service they are offering. There is some speculation that the '08 primary will have more Democratic candidates for president than voters in some of the smaller states. The '08 polls will include a new category: candidates! They'll be polling all the statistically significant groups, after all, so they'll have to find out how Republicans, Independents, Democrats, and Candidates will vote. By the way, Senator Biden also says that "those people can sure sing and dance good, too. And they're really clean and articulate. Not like you'd expect at all from one of those fellows."
