President Bush appears to lean towards a dictatorship style of leadership. Does he think that he is the only decisionmaker in Washington?????

You only have to look at this development in terms of the current Congressional hearings on Bush Administration obstructionism of science that doesn’t support their position on global warming to realize what they really have in mind.

Sadly, should this measure be passed and a Democrat elected to the Presidency, they will only too happy to see exactly and only the “market failures” they would want.

It’s also hard to see how forcing “pre-approval” of released messages makes a process more open.

I’m a big fan of the dissenting opinions issued by judges – most difficult issues are difficult because the data is contradictory and ambiguous – so the caveats and doubts are as important as the decisioin made.

LOL…..YES if the Democrats hate this then it is EXACTLY what the Republicans had in mind when they elected BUSH.
