		<description>Sadly, should this measure be passed and a Democrat elected to the Presidency, they will only too happy to see exactly and only the &quot;market failures&quot; they would want.

It&#039;s also hard to see how forcing &quot;pre-approval&quot; of released messages makes a process more open.

I&#039;m a big fan of the dissenting opinions issued by judges - most difficult issues are difficult because the data is contradictory and ambiguous - so the caveats and doubts are as important as the decisioin made.</description>
