if our four choices for next president are McCain, Guliani, Clinton and possibly Obama, I will be a happy man indeed. It seems to me that while my opinions on issues might differ with those four, I think that all of them lean more practical rather than idealogical. If i could rank choice vote for the four (as any sensible democracy should) it would go Obama, Clinton, Giuliani, McCain

The only good adviser she has may be Bill. Look at what professional advisers did to the Gore and Kerry campaigns. And the influence of those pundits is already showing in her Senate carreer so far. No bold steps, go with the flow, don’t annoy anyone. But the public is weary of streamlined candidates whose programs are dictated by polls instead of convictions. Hillary would be better off without those beltway con artists.

This is a national poll. At the state level the love for Hillary isn’t nearly as high. Maybe she needs to do American Idol or Dancing with Stars.

Policing likely Democratic voters is very different than the people who will show up to a caucus in Iowa in January 2008. If Senator Clinton come in 3rd or lower in Iowa, the MSM will declare her campaign dead and there will little she can do about it.
