He kept pandering to the audience by hiding behind the troops. He knows in a setting like the State of the Union he will get lots of applauds if he keeps complimenting the military. So that’s what he did, over and over and over again. Finally, one soldier stood up to him and said enough is enough. His name is Jim Webb.
