Jose Padilla insists he’s still sane, and a doctor backs him up:
He is a bit paranoid and believes the government is persecuting him, “but this does not appear to be delusional,” wrote one of doctors who examined the alleged al Qaeda operative in a Miami prison cell at his lawyers’ request.

Well, believing the government is persecuting you when you’ve been imprisoned and tortured by them isn’t a big stretch, is it?
It seems he’s actually just paying attn to whats been going on. Its the rest of us who are suffering from paranoia. Or are we?
