I must have missed the sentence where he approved to mention his support. And I find nothing in this article that makes me believe the cleric was aware that those picture would end up in an article quite friendly towards the Israelis. I’ve been waiting to vote for McCain in a presidential election since the mid-90’s. But on the single issue (Iraq) one might have expected the perspective and wisdom of his formative life experience to matter, he’s been a reckless disaster. I’ve completely lost faith in his judgment, and the prospect of him sitting in the Oval Office gets more and more disturbing.
