If it was a fair Bill when the Democrats proposed it, it should still be a fair bill today. I could see some sort of stipulation that only enacts some or all of the 'rights' when the president and the congress are from the same party. That seems like a fair compromise, and would porbably shut the McHenry up, as even though I think the bill might be fair, I'm more skeptical of his motives. I might actually take Patrick McHenry’s side on this. If it was a fair Bill when the Democrats proposed it, it should still be a fair bill today.
